By booking an appointment with The Pause, you agree to our policies.
Appointments must be booked in advance and are only confirmed once accepted. We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.
Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may shorten your service. All clients are responsible for sharing any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary to ensure safety and professionalism. Results may vary by individual.
